Robin McGraw was on Rachael Ray today, and she gave the following tips:
Robin's Tip #1
"Sprinkle turmeric every day on your vegetables or salad," Robin recommends. "It's a fantastic anti-inflammatory. After a week of doing this you will be free of joint pain and sore muscles."
Robin's Tip #2
"Your liver detoxifies all of your blood in your body so you have to keep it cleansed," Robin says. "The best home remedy, which I use, is to take two tablespoons of olive oil, a dash of cayenne pepper, and the juice of half a lemon and add all of that to a cup of warm water. Drink it before you go to bed."
