60 Minutes did a story on organic foods, and I though this might be of interest:

Cool, Jox. The closest Whole Foods store is only about 15 minutes from us--but it's in between two major malls in Louisville where no doubt some of the worst traffic on the planet burns its ruts every single day--twice a day! Also--and this really chaps me--they don't open until 10am! Now for a third shifter, who likes to be home & starting into chill mode, this is just to late to be that far across town in that kind of traffic. Pfft! We go about once a month & usually spend about $100. They usually have good sales on their vitamins & supplements. Sometimes, the fruit is a very good deal. They have mountains and mountains of luscious cheeses--all made with milk from organically-raised cows!

Well, I was trying to remember why I thought it was 10 & yep, one Sunday morning we were going to ride over & it was 8-ish; I called & got a message saying "hours 10..." I'll just be checking that out & thanks for the word-up, Jox. Not that the thought of tackling that traffic is any more appealing at 8 than 10. Just call me Ms. Andretti.
