I got both books in the mail today and thought I'd post their resources online. I haven't read them as of yet. The Sudafed works pretty good though. I'm hoping the books will give me something that will help me prevent it so that I don't have to take meds too often. One of the authors of 'The Sinus Cure' suffered from sinus problems and she very rarely has a problem any more. I'm hoping that will be me too.
BTW: What little I read of the Intro and such stated that everyone should see a doctor about a constant running nose and sinus trouble because it could lead to more serious health issues. I didn't know that. That's pretty scary.

I got out my reflexology book yesterday and found where my sinus pressure points were and I've been working on them throughout the past few days. It seems to be working, so I thought I'd google:

Dr. Oz mentioned reflexology, acupressure, & acupuncture on Oprah the other day and how they really do work, so I finally got around to getting out my book for help with my sinuses. My head's feeling better, and I'm breathing pretty good. I don't care if it's just a sugar pill effect or the real deal as long as it's working.
