For the longest time I lowered my cholesterol by drinking a glass (8 oz.) of red grape juice, which contained 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a day; plus I also took vitamin E every day as well. I stopped doing it though and now I take 1 lipitor pill a day. I've been thinking about getting back into the juice, vinegar, vit E treatment again, but I just haven't gotten into the mood to do it yet.
